Our Company
Buildwell specializes in rebuilding homes for homeowners whose dreams were left unfulfilled by their original builders. Established in 2004 as a partnership firm, Buildwell began by constructing individual houses for friends and family. Trust and success in these initial projects led to larger undertakings, such as villa clusters backed by real estate investors.
In 2016, Buildwell undertook a landmark project: the reconstruction of three apartment buildings (200 housing units) initially developed by Apple A Day Properties at Kalady. Successfully completed and handed over to residents, this project revealed a new focus area for Buildwell—rescuing stalled construction projects. The company shifted to address the completion of real estate projects that original builders left unfinished.
Following the success at Kalady, Buildwell expanded its expertise, completing numerous residential, commercial, and villa projects across Kerala. In the post-COVID real estate market, the company was selected under an NCLT-approved resolution plan to complete ten stalled projects of M/s Nucleus Premium Properties in Kochi, Kottayam, and Thiruvananthapuram.
Today, Buildwell is an accredited builder by K-RERA, recognized for its specialization in restoring incomplete real estate projects across Kerala. Backed by a technically skilled project team, experienced technicians, and skilled workers, Buildwell stands committed to rebuilding lost dreams and delivering on promises to its clients.

HISTORY & GROWTH
Founded in Kochi in 2002, Buildwell initially focused on residential villa projects, property sales, and small-scale contracts in both the public and private sectors. By 2007, the company expanded into larger construction contracts across Kerala. In 2015, the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala appointed Buildwell to complete an 80,000 sqft residential building partially constructed by Apple A Day Properties, a project successfully completed within the court's timeline, marking a milestone for the company.
International Growth
In 2016, Buildwell opened a branch in Ajman, UAE, specializing in Defect Liability Period (DLP) management and maintenance projects. Although global operations paused during the COVID-19 pandemic, Buildwell refocused its efforts within Kerala, continuing its mission to bring stalled projects to completion.
